This is an employees only app and it works just fine.
BMO was down all weekend for this "upgrade". Now I can't logon and the call desk is cutting my call. A disaster. Now days later. Every time I try to login on the web I have to click forgot my password. Then I get a code and the application accepts the SAME password every time - how bad is that! But if I log in again the system won't accept that very same password. Meanwhile NEVER succeeded logging into the mobile app since the "upgrade". And click on forgot password and the email never

I'm giving this a 5 star because this app is NOT meant for customers. With the switch to the new app BMO Digital Banking, I was confused. My sincere apology.

If anyone is having problems logging in, theres a chance you downloaded the wrong app. I downloaded this one because it is what was first advertised as the new mobile banking on their site. However, I could not make it past the log in screen. There is another one called BMO Digital Banking which is the blue background with the red logo. Was able to sign on that one and check my balance just fine.
